We hope that you are happy with each and every purchase but in the event you wish to return any item, you can do so within 7 working days.
You can have your orders delivered to either a home or work address that is convenient for you. We are unable to deliver orders to Airports, Hospitals, PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
UK Mainland Standard Delivery - £4.99
International shipping is charged at a flat rate of £30.00 up to 2kg, however a free quotation can be given for shipping Items of large quantities. International shipping is with a Ups or DHL courier & can take up to 7 working days.

Deliveries with the exception of distance healing sessions, are within 4 business days of placing your order and we will confirm your item has been shipped via email notification. We are unable to deliver over Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for your order.
Deliveries to the following locations may take up to two working days extra:
Delivery will take place between 0700 - 20.00 and in most cases will require a signature on arrival. If you are unable to leave specific instructions such as leave with neighbour, the courier will leave a calling card, with instructions for you to rearrange delivery.
Too excited to wait?....We take your orders very seriously and offer a tracking service. You will be given a tracking number via your shipping confirmation email, with a link to the couriers website, enabling you to see the status of your delivery.
For deliveries outside of the UK this service maybe unavailable and you will be notified in your shipping confirmation email.
Order not arrived? In the unfortunate event your order has not arrived within the timescales, please contact us using the contact form on the website. Please include your order number as this will speed up the process. Should your item be lost in transit and unable to be located, we will send you a " Missing Parcel Claims Form", for you to sign and return. Upon receipt of this, we will investigate the claim within 4 working days and where appropriate a full refund will be issued to the debit / credit card used at the time of order.

All items must be unworn and in original packaging, with tags still attached. Due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns on underwear, swimwear or bodysuits or any pierced jewellery unless faulty. Please follow instructions on reverse of your dispatch notice.
Should you wish to return to the boutique directly, please provide proof of purchase and dispatch confirmation (provided in email).
Without proof of purchase, we will only issue a credit note to the value of the current selling price to spend in store or online.
Please always obtain a proof of postage receipt as we will need this to investigate your delivery if it gets lost in transit back to us.
This does not affect your statutory rights
Once your item has been returned as above procedures and processed, we will email you to let you know.
